Improve the curb appeal of your property

Clean the driveway and remove all dead leaves and clutter to give your buyer sparkling clean exteriors.

These two rooms are the rooms that your buyer is most interested in when coming over for a showing. Do not let him decide against buying your home on account of what he sees in your bathroom and kitchen. Neat and clean toilet and sink create a very good impression on the buyer. Replace faulty fittings if possible to update your kitchen and bathroom.

Clean windows and mirrors

You may not think much of the appearance of windows and mirrors but you can easily put the visitor off by letting him get a blurred image in a mirror placed inside the home. Also, make sure that all windows have clean glasses and there are no broken glasses in your home. Do not ignore the broken or faulty doorbell as buyers pay attention to the smallest of details.
